If you would like to return your merchandise for any reason, simply return your purchase in the original packaging within 60 days of receipt for exchange (if available) or a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.

To return a purchase you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and include this number with the merchandise you are returning.

This number insures a rapid and secure refund or exchange of your merchandise. You can obtain your RMA or ask questions by calling the Discovery Collectibles Customer Service Line at (877) 207-4108 between 6AM-11PM CST.
